I have been selling for over a decade and I know what works and what does not in the real estate sales world...

Have you ever wondered how a stand-alone agent completes every single task required to 'sell you' each day? week? month?... or in a lifetime?

The truth is 3/4th of their 'work day' is spent on non-sales (ie. NOT YOU) tasks.

As an example, let's take the process of selling a home [before 1st in-person meeting to closing day]. Did you know all of these steps require at minimum 453 individual tasks. When factoring in you are not the only client the solo agent works with and there is only 24 hrs in a day - it's simply impossible.
