01

Your details

Enter your address, then your name and email so the estimate report can reach you. We’ll email your report within 48 hours.

02

Your estimate

A quick range based on the details you provide and nearby listings. A good first look, but it can’t see inside your home, the street or this month’s competition.

03

Want the reasoning?

Ask for a private valuation: in person, a written price range with the comparables behind it, and no obligation to list.

Estimate or valuation

Need a number you can act on?

An online estimate is a starting point. A private valuation from my team explains the number: the recent sales, today’s competition, your home’s condition and the buyers most likely to pay for it. It’s discreet: nothing is listed and no sign goes up.

Request one through a Clarity Call or at hello@iancharlebois.ca.

Questions

Home value estimate: quick answers.

How is the online estimate worked out?

From nearby active listings and the details you provide, especially square footage. It’s a reasonable starting point, but it can’t see your home’s condition, renovations, lot or street, so treat it as a question, not an answer.

Can I list at the estimated price?

Use it as a starting point. For a price you can list at, ask for a private valuation: a member of my team, or I, review your home and give you a written price range with the reasoning.

Is there a cost or an obligation?

No. The estimate costs nothing, and neither the estimate nor a private valuation comes with any obligation to list.
