Toronto, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.

Our brokerage serves buyers and sellers in Toronto, from Downtown and Yorkville to Etobicoke and North York. Pick an area to see current listings, and plan the sale, the purchase and the mortgage with one team.

Area finder

Find your Toronto neighbourhood.

Toronto is a city of very different housing: condo towers, Victorian row houses, post-war bungalows and large detached homes, sometimes a few blocks apart. Filter by the kind of home you’re after, then open current listings in that area.

A Liberty Village condo and an Etobicoke detached home share a city, not a market. Each one prices on its own street.

Moving cities

Selling in one city, buying in another.

If you’re moving between Toronto and Ottawa, Kingston or anywhere else in the province, the same team can price your sale, plan your purchase and line up the mortgage on one calendar. Our real estate brokerage serves all of Ontario, and our mortgage team arranges financing across Canada. Leaving Ottawa? Read about moving from Ottawa to Toronto.

Most moves involve two homes and one mortgage. We plan all three with one team, not three separate ones.

The process

Six steps, from first call to keys.

Buying, selling or both in Toronto, the plan starts the same way: your dates, your numbers and the neighbourhoods that fit. A price picked to win the listing isn’t the same as a price that sells the house.

  1. Start with a Clarity Call.A 15-minute video call about what you’re selling, what you’re buying and when. You leave with a written plan.
  2. Know your numbers.A home value for the home you’re leaving and a pre-approval for the one you’re buying, so both sides of the move are priced.
  3. Shortlist by neighbourhood.Start with the area finder above, then we narrow it to homes that fit your budget, your commute and the kind of street you want.
  4. List, or view and offer.Selling: we price, prepare and launch your home. Buying: we view the shortlist with you, in person or by video, and write the offer.
  5. Conditions and financing.Inspection, financing and closing dates set around your move, with the mortgage confirmed before conditions come off.
  6. Closing and the move. Both closings lined up, with bridge financing ready if the purchase closes before the sale.

Questions

Toronto: quick answers.

Which Toronto neighbourhoods do you serve?

Our brokerage serves buyers and sellers across Toronto, including Downtown, Yorkville, The Annex, Leslieville, Liberty Village, High Park, Etobicoke and North York. Our real estate brokerage serves all of Ontario, and our mortgage team works Canada-wide.

Can you help me sell in Ottawa and buy in Toronto?

Yes. We price your sale and plan your purchase together, and our mortgage team checks how the numbers work before you commit to either. Bridge financing can cover a gap between the two closings.

What is my Toronto home worth?

Request a home value. We review recent sales of similar homes nearby and the listings competing with yours, then send you a price range with the reasoning.

Can your mortgage team finance a Toronto purchase?

Yes. Our mortgage team arranges financing across Canada: pre-approvals, porting your current mortgage, bridge financing, renewals and refinancing.

Do I need to come to an office?

No. Most clients start online or with a 15-minute Clarity Call by video, and we meet at your home or wherever suits you.
