As a Broker of Record and REALTOR®, Ian works alongside sales associates specializing in residential and commercial real estate.
His specific areas of expertise include residential re-sale, new home sales, land acquisitions and property development.

Ian holds a MORTGAGE LICENCE which allows him to assist buyers and sellers in accessing a network of over 90 financial lending institutions. When interviewed by Sara Bedal, CanadaOne® Business Editor in 2010, Ian offered this advice to aspiring entrepreneurs:

Ian holds two university degrees and has systematically supported the learning establishments that have shaped him along the way.

He continues to stay engaged with his alma mater by donating money to support essential student services, and by giving of his time and energy through volunteering at various events as a mentor to younger students. Among his core values is that of giving back to local institutions that actively pursue excellence through learning.

When he is not selling real estate or volunteering in his community, Ian stays active by playing hockey, going to the gym, and enjoying outdoor activities. His commitment to sports and his respect for fellow athletes have motivated him to engage his brokerage in the sponsorship of local amateur athletes who are aspiring to reach a professional level.
