Ottawa · Findlay Creek
Findlay Creek was built in phases over more than two decades, so nearby homes can differ in age, builder and lot. We value a home on those details, not on the neighbourhood name.
About Findlay Creek
The City’s Ottawa Neighbourhood Study says plans for Findlay Creek were approved in 1989 and that development began in 2002, in 22 phases, with completion scheduled for 2027.
The study gives its boundaries as Leitrim Road to the north, Earl Armstrong Road, High Road and Albion Road to the south, Bowesville Road to the west, and Blais Road and Bank Street to the east.
Because it was built in phases, homes in different parts of Findlay Creek can differ in age, builder and lot. That is why a written valuation compares your home with nearby sales of similar homes, not with a neighbourhood average.

The City’s Ottawa Neighbourhood Study says plans were approved in 1989 and development began in 2002, in 22 phases, with completion scheduled for 2027. Because it was built in phases, nearby homes can differ in age, builder and lot, so we compare homes street by street.
We start with recent sales of comparable homes on nearby streets, add the homes competing with yours today, then adjust for your home’s condition, layout, lot and parking. You get a written range with the comparables and the reasoning, not just a number.
OREB’s monthly report is Ottawa-wide: in September 2026 the median home took 27 days to sell, sales were down 6.6% from a year earlier and months of inventory were 4.8. We don’t quote neighbourhood price trends we can’t source. Ask for recent sales near your address and we will pull them.
