Ottawa · Manor Park
Manor Park is not one uniform market, so we value a home on its own street and its own sales, not on a neighbourhood average. We plan the sale, the purchase and the mortgage together.
About Manor Park
The City’s Ottawa Neighbourhood Study calls Manor Park the first post-war subdivision in Ottawa. It runs from the Ottawa River in the north to Montreal Road in the south, with Aviation Parkway to the east and Birch Avenue, Hemlock Road and St-Laurent Boulevard to the west, and includes Dunbarton Court.
The study also notes that Manor Park is not uniform: conditions differ between its northern and southern portions. That is why we value on the street and its recent sales, not on one neighbourhood number.
